Betty-sempai is a friend of Raku-chan from college. She is most likely an upperclassman to Raku since Raku refers to her as "sempai".
Appearance
Betty-sempai has a white pixie cut and light blue eyes. She wears a black bow choker, white jacket, a white crop top and a white skirt.
Background
The first time she appears in the show is in Episode 10 when she comes to Raku-chan's house after hearing about her situation. She wishes for her to get better and stays over at her house for a while to chat, with a ha ha funny throat voice. She is also shown in a flashback with other characters in front of Raku's college.
