Arsenal-sempai is one of Raku-chan's old friends from college that appeared in episode 10.
Appearance
Arsenal-sempai is rather tall with a sharp chin like Hitoshi san's, small green colored eyes similar to Nya-sempai's eye color and spiky pink hair.
He wears a long brown coat that reaches to his knee and underneath it is a light brown shirt with dark brown polka dots. His pants has the exact same pattern as his shirt. He also wears a dark brown belt.
Background
Arsenal first appeared in Episode 10 when he and Raku's other college friends came over to Raku-chan's house to stay over and chat. He is never seen again after this.

- He's most likely the tallest character in the series.
- He has the smallest eyes in the whole series
